Duties & Responsibilities:

• 
  Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Sauté, grill, expo, salads, bowls, wraps and quesadillas
• Ensuring orders are going out correctly and in a timely fashion
• Prep and keeping area clean during downtime
• Able to follow an iPad with our recipes and checklists.
• Great knife handling skills
• Ability to stand for 7-9 hours a day in a kitchen and lifting 40+lb cases.
• Able to work independently in your position.
• Properly wash and sanitize dishes

• Ability to understand and follow direction from others.
• Ability to read recipes and memorize and replicate food production procedures.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Skill and coordination with kitchen utensils and equipment.
