Pay: $20-$25 per hour

Position: Line Cook

If you have:

· Ability to work with accuracy & urgency

· English language skills

· Proven experience operating as a line cook or prep cook

· Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation procedures

· Familiarity with major allergens and substitutions

· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

And you can:

· Assist the Executive and Sous Chef with daily tasks

· Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)

· Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

· Stock stations & inventory

· Stay organized and understand order of operations

· Help banquets prep or plate food

· Be a positive and pleasant addition to the team
