THE INGREDIENTS WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A HEAD LINE COOK

Ask yourself: Am I a kitchen whiz that can handle the heat? Can I effectively prepare mouth-watering dishes, set up the line for success, and break it down at the end of the day? Do I thrive in a fast-paced food service environment? If you answered "yes" to these questions and can meet the following qualifications, you'd be our perfect full- or part-time Head Line Cook!

• 1+ years of experience in a kitchen
• Food health card and Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) permit
• Ability to think of creative new dishes for the menu

As our new Head Line Cook, you're the backbone of our kitchen, ensuring every dish is executed to perfection. You work alongside a dynamic, highly motivated team who shares your passion for quality and presentation. Every day, you masterfully prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, from mouth-watering appetizers to decadent desserts, and you're a pro at the grill and sauté station. As an integral member of our food service team, you also help keep the kitchen clean and maintain our equipment. CHECK OUT YOUR TASTY WORK SCHEDULE

Your food service schedule will vary, as our restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday while offering full- AND part-time shifts. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, we're open from 5 pm to 9 pm. Our hours extend a bit on Fridays when we're open from 5 pm to 10 pm. Saturdays, we're open from 8 am to 3 pm and from 4 pm to 10:30 pm. Finally, we're open from 9 am to 3 pm on Sundays.
