We are now seeking a Community Manager who can help us nurture this thriving community, ensuring that it remains a valuable and engaging platform for everyone involved. This role could be a fit for a somewhat entry-level candidate, provided they bring the right attitude and aptitude to the job.

Job Description:
As our Community Manager, you will be the face and voice of our community, acting as the bridge between Limited Supply and our members. You will facilitate engaging discussions, manage community initiatives, and contribute to the development of strategies that enhance member engagement.

Required Experience:

  • Experience in community management or similar roles is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the DTC industry would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Slack and other community management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • High level of initiative, creativity, and drive.

Responsibilities + Ownership:

  • Monitor, respond to, and moderate day-to-day activities in the community, ensuring a positive and respectful environment.
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies that foster a sense of community and increased interaction.
  • Identify and analyze trends within the community, making recommendations for enhancing the community experience.
  • Work closely with Nik and Moiz to relay community feedback and insights, and to align community activities with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate with guest speakers and experts for community activities like AMAs, webinars, and discussions.
  • Develop and manage community initiatives like member spotlights, community contests, and recognition programs.
  • Ensure the community is informed about new podcast episodes, blog posts, and other relevant updates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align community management with broader marketing strategies.
