Melrose High School is currently producing
Mean Girls
as the Spring Musical and is looking for a lighting designer/projections specialist. The scope of the project includes designing the lighting, working with students interested in lighting design, and mapping projections (we are renting from MTI/Broadway Media). We currently are planning on renting two projectors to project on a 2 level platform.
The time commitment includes installing projection equipment and running some sessions with students on the logistics of using projections starting at the beginning of April and then any hang/focus, cueing time needed to prep for tech rehearsal on Sat. April 22 and Sun. April 23. Performances run Thursday the April 27th through April 30th.

Qualifications:
- Experience/Degree in lighting design
- Familiarity and experience with projection mapping
- Experience in working with and mentoring students in the areas of lighting design and projections
- Experience in designing for musical theater as a part of a collaborative team
