Hillwood Country Club is currently hiring seasonal staff for the Summer 2022 season!

Located in the quiet hills of Belle Meade in Nashville TN, Hillwood CC is a picturesque haven for our members to enjoy a range of amenities, including our 18-hole golf course and simulator room, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a two-story fitness facility, multiple dining rooms, premier holiday events, competition swimming pool and so much more!

Hillwood Country Club is hiring Full and Part-Time positions for the following areas of our Aquatics Department during the upcoming summer pool season, which runs from mid-May through mid-September:

• Lifeguards
• Head Guards
• Team Lead Guards
• Swim Team Coaches

Positions are available at both our main campus at Hillwood Country Club as well as at our satellite campus at Whitworth Racquet Club. Location preferences will be considered but are NOT guaranteed.

Work is performed outdoors in variable weather.

Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience is preferred, but not required. Individual rates will vary based on experience, skillset, and specific responsibilities.
