We have been in doing business in the Dayton area for over 40 years. As you can imagine, the economy has taken a massive turn and many people have found themselves in an unfavorable position. Our team founded a cutting-edge process to help people properly identify where they are and where they need to be through an educational approach.

We have a goal to open at least 5 new locations throughout surrounding Dayton communities over the next 18 month. These roles will vary between part-time and full-time. Many of which can be done from home or in office. We are currently expanding our on-site and remote opportunities throughout the region to assist with thousands of clients as we are in high demand.

Currently onboarding the following roles:

Licensed Financial Professional

Certified Training Manager

Sales Trainer

Financial Advisor

- No experience necessary (full training provided)

- Must be able to pass a background check

- Must be able to properly communicate and work in a team setting

- Integrity is of High Priority

- Leadership & Management experience is helpful

- Must be willing to Self-Develop & Improve

Favorable Skills: Organizational Leadership, Management, Customer Service, Sales, Sales Trainer, Financial Advisory, Public Speaking, Staffing, Human Resources.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24,500.00 - $187,600.00 per year

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Choose your own hours
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
