Hiring Virginia Licensed Psychotherapists to join busy Platinum practice with multiple locations!!!

We have full-time W2 psychotherapist openings at our Alexandria locations (Old Town and Stevenson/near landmark mall) as well as our new Vienna, Reston, and Mclean locations.

• Hybrid Remote work possible but only if you live in Northern VA area (need to be in office three days a week).
• One year minimum commitment with contract required for FT with a non-compete (prefer longer term hiring to reduce patient disruption). Must be able to see a minimum of 30 patients a week for a 40hr work week. Benefits include health insurance, access to 401k program with employer match as well as PTO. We will also provide credentialing with major insurance companies, referrals, administrative support, flexible work schedules, as well as career advancement opportunities.
• We are ONLY seeking the following fully licensed mental health professionals (LCSW, LPC, or LCP [PHD or PsyD]) in VA area in good standing with no previous malpractice claims. (having additional licenses in DC and MD a plus but not required or Psychpact membership)

Starting Salary:

· 85,000/year Masters Level.

· Psychologists at doctoral level to start (range 95k-125k)

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
