Veterinary Technician Licensed or VTIT
Washoe Valley Veterinary Hospital is seeking a team motivated, positive Licensed Veterinary Technician or VTIT to join our team. Here at Washoe Valley Veterinary Hospital we focus on strong relationships with our pet owners and our fellow co-workers to promote a passionate community based hospital.

Your expertise will be utilized to the fullest within the scope of your licensure.

Your duties include but not limited to: verbal communication with clients and co-workers, digital x-ray, surgery set up, surgery monitoring, dental, in house lab and Idexx, maintaining equipment and keeping a clean and safe hospital. Working along side the veterinarian and using your expert skills to work individually within your licensure.

We are only minutes from Reno in a great community. We are open Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. You can enjoy enjoy your weekends and evenings off and enjoy all that our area offers. We offer paid time off, health care stipend, pet care discount.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

sanitizing all surfaces as needed.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Veterinary Technician Certification (Preferred)
