As a state-licensed facility, empowered by a 125-year heritage of serving the citizens of Norfolk and Hampton Roads, Lake Taylor provides a continuum of patient care ranging from long-term acute care hospital services to skilled and intermediate nursing care.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for assisting in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, including working effectively with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team; and practicing within the guidelines of established nursing care standards.

Must be fully COVID vaccinated.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Required Experience:

• New graduates welcome.
• 1-2 years facility-based experience in long term care, skilled nursing or acute care-preferred.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Educational Requirements:

• VA State-issued (current and unencumbered) license to practice as a practical nurse.

• $26 - $29 hourly Job Type: Full-time
• Generous shift differentials

12-hour shifts (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)
