WATSON STREET ASSISTED LIVING PROGRAM, LLC
The Watson Street Assisted Living Program, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse for its upcoming Assisted Living Program.
This is a unique opportunity for an energetic, results oriented individual, who believes in team development and accountability. Provides care to the eligible residents of the Housing Authority of the City of Camden, with a renewed focus on service excellence, quality processes, and census development. We are looking for a person to lead change, offer renewed energy to the team, and engage with staff. Candidates must meet the qualification and education requirements to be considered.
The individual responsible for this position will provide quality resident care to geriatric and disabled individuals as specified on individualized resident care plans and assignment sheets according to established policies, procedures and objectives of our facility. The LPN acts in the capacity of a designated team leader and supervises non-professional staff.
Hourly Range: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour.
Successful candidates will be subject to satisfactory drug and criminal background screenings before hiring.

Required Qualifications and Education:
- Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of New Jersey.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current Heimlich Maneuver training.
- Knowledge of use of automated external defibrillator (AED).
- Certified in Gerontology through the American Nurses Credentialing Center a plus.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a nurse in a health care environment. Experience in an ALP is a plus.
