Job description

Home inspector position available at one of the leading home inspection companies in southwest Florida! Typically involves performing two home inspections per day working as a W-2 employee. Must have extensive knowledge of homes and building practices. Must be personable and able to professionally communicate with clients such as real estate agents, home buyers, and other contractors. This position requires a state home inspector license. Top pay offered to a candidate who is already licensed. Must be physically able to crawl through hot attics and crawlspaces when necessary. Our company provides everything you need to perform home inspections such as company truck, vehicle insurance, gas, computer, tools, training, and office support staff. Paid vacation and holidays.
