We are currently seeking a soon-to-be-licensed, recent graduate or licensed acupuncturist to join our growing clinic in Casper, Wyoming. We are currently a single practitioner clinic, specializing in women’s health and reproductive medicine, as well as pain management and anxiety/depression. Our ideal candidate is willing to learn and practice our clinic’s specific treatment protocols and is comfortable treating multiple patients. Engaging in patient rapport is a must. Modalities we offer include acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, cupping, and gua-sha.

We need another team member to help serve the needs of our community; our practice is currently placing new patients on wait list due to high demand. Becoming a Sweetgrass Acupuncture Practitioner means you will join a growing practice with a primary acupuncturist and a remote administrative assistant/scheduler. We believe in compassionate, creative, empathetic care to change the lives of our patients. We are looking for someone who will show up with energy, purpose, joy, and integrity while we earn a living doing work we love.

Our compensation model for clinicians is straight commission on treatments performed, which means you will have freedom to set your own income. We foresee our new practitioner moving quickly into a full time position. We will pay for the practitioner’s Wyoming license, malpractice insurance, and provide a moving stipend if applicable.

Anyone applying to this position must be willing to move to Casper, Wyoming, if not already located here. Casper is the second largest city in Wyoming, and boasts a long history of outdoor adventure, western culture, and affordable living. Casper is on the road to Yellowstone National Park, hosts the College National Finals Rodeo each summer, and has many outdoor activities available, such as hiking, fishing, and skiing. The community has been growing quickly over the past several years, adding new housing, restaurants, and businesses, making it a great opportunity for an up-and-coming practitioner.

Pay: $18.92 - $69.36 per hour
