To excel in this role, we’re looking for someone with:

· A proven track record in sales.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

· The motivation and discipline to achieve sales goals.

· The ability to acquire and maintain an Illinois Leasing Agent License (we will assist you with this!)

· A valid Illinois driver’s license and vehicle insurance, plus and reliable and clean vehicle to use for work purposes.

· An eye for detail and a commitment to thorough execution.

· The flexibility to adapt to changing environments.

· A positive attitude, no matter the challenges.

· Proficiency with our company software and internet tools.

· A high school diploma or equivalent.

· Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities.

· Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

· The ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and climb stairs.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
