AIR Communities is hiring a Part-time Leasing Administrator for *our Reserve at Coconut Point, a 180 unit - ultra luxury apartment homes* located in Estero, FL!

The Leasing Admin will provide support to leasing staff in administrative duties including resident paperwork for new leases, renewals and handling the entire Move-In process. Also, provides support by making appointments and follow-up calls for leasing staff.
Qualifications

• Leasing/ Property Management experience is preferred.
• High school education or equivalent
• 1-2 years of office experience, preferably in a sales or leasing office
• Familiar with the Move- In/ Renewal Process
• Fast Paced environment
• Customer Service experience
• 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment (ie, property management, hospitality, retail, restaurant etc.).
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to address the needs of current and future residents in a friendly and professional manner.
• A reliable mode of transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

• Expected pay rate of $16.00 – $18.00 per hour plus monthly bonus opportunity. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
