This is a working Lead Position. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate receiving-in of inventory shipments, supplies and returns, as well as the timely and accurate picking, packing, and manifesting of material and product orders from warehouse stock according to Standard Operating Procedures and in compliance to cGMP Standards, in such a manner as to insure delivery of product in an undamaged state, while achieving maximum productivity per man-hour worked.

• Insure the timely and accurate receiving and processing of all incoming product, materials and returns is performed according to established Standard Operating Procedures and in compliance to all cGMP Standards
• Monitor the tile dashboard in the ERP for leads and ensure all waves are processed according to established policies
• Identify and resolve any late shipments to ensure timely deliver to our customers
• Ensure picks are processed accurately and transported to the packing stations/area
• Ensure orders are packed using established procedures to eliminate shipping errors and damage in transit
• Ensure that accurate computer generated pack lists are printed and matched/affixed to the respective orders prior to conveyance to the manifest station
• Develop subordinates to insure maximum utilization of skills and achievement of objectives
• Maintain procedures, equipment and facilities to insure a safe, clean, organized work environment and secure inventory
• Ensure the thorough training/cross-training of all personnel
• Ensure the timely and adequate supply of material handling supplies
• Maintain records of goods and products shipped and records of receiving logs
• Monitor and record environmental checks on equipment (coolers) and warehouse temperatures daily
• Assist in coordinating work schedules
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager

• High School diploma required
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
• Must have shipping/receiving experience
• Prefer previous leadership experience
• Must have experience and be able to operate a forklift

• Must learn Standard Operating Procedures and cGMP standards for receiving, picking, packing and shipping of product, as well as support documentation, order entry processing related to receiving and inventory adjustments, and general warehouse operations

• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds. Material-handling equipment is available to transport/convey loads heavier than 30 pounds as needed/required
