Lead Teacher for the Two's or Toddler Room
Job description
We serve 6 children in our two's room and 4 children in our toddler room, so it will be a small class with an experienced aide. Lead teacher must meet DCFS requirements AND be either an Illinois Licensed Teacher or hold a Bachelor's degree in education, social work, psychology or similar related field.
Lead teacher will be responsible for creating developmentally appropriate weekly lesson plans and completing assessments. We use Creative Curriculum and Teaching Strategies Gold. Experience with those is a bonus but not required.
**In addition to professional development assistance we also offer FREE on-site childcare for all employee's children ages 6 weeks through third grade (when openings are available).**

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
