Lead Teacher (part-time - Monday-Friday after school - 2:45-6:00pm)
Location: Rocky Mountain Prep Fletcher (10455 E 25th Ave, Aurora, CO 80010)

The position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Teach and educate children according to approved Leading Edge curriculum standards
- Ensure program(s) are running to Leading Edge and state licensing standards
- Ensure administrative functions are current to include state licensing related requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a best in class customer service focus
- Meet with school administration to ensure program(s) are running efficiently
- Ensuring state ratios are adhered to
- Communication with parents and families on a consistent basis
- Be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Highly detail oriented and organized in work
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Onboard and train new employees
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines
- Perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a childcare or education setting
- All staff must complete state required background checks
- Must be available during all program hours
This is a part-time position Monday-Friday, after school hours (2:45pm - 6:00pm). It is both administrative and hands on in the classroom.
