JOB SUMMARY: Help oversee soda fountain operation and train new employees.

• Assist in the training of new Snack Bar Attendants in the procedures of the Bright Angel Soda Fountain.
• Greet and serve customers according to company standards.
• Assist with inventory and orders for products needed for the soda fountain.
• Check that side duties have been completed properly, assist when needed.
• Oversee that sanitation procedures are being followed in the soda fountain.
• Operate cash register and handle funds according to company policy.
• Do opening and closing side duties as directed.
• Stock ice cream, soda and other items as necessary.
• Adhere to all safety and risk management policies while performing job.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous fast food or food service experience in a leadership role.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Good verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey instructions to new employees.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time while at work.
• Ability to courteously interact with a broad cross-section of guests.
• Must be available to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
