We are looking for someone that is passionate about product lifecycle management and wants to use their skills for the Product Development and Innovation departments at a Fortune 200 CPG Company.
If you have experience with product lifecycle management in a regulated environment, then we want to speak with you! We are currently seeking a Lead Project Lifecycle Management Product Development Analyst in Richmond, VA, but we are open to remote work arrangements.
What you will be doing:
The Lead PLM Analyst will lead in designing and developing Dassault Product Lifecycle Management modules supporting large, complex IT projects for our Innovative Product Development department. These projects will support our regulated environment to improve efficiencies, reduce risk, and provide competitive advantage. Responsibilities include:
- Understanding of how to transition documentation into structure data
- Working within an agile project team with multi-functional clients to understand business needs and define technical solutions
- Leading documentation of user stories and business/functional requirements in collaboration with product owners
- Working with product owners to identify and implement changes in the Dassault Product Lifecycle Management platform
- Communicating complex technical information to clients and project teams in a concise and effective manner
- Communicate client expectations to technical experts, such as platform architects and developers
- Work effectively with platform and functional architects to implement proposed that solutions meet client needs
- Working effectively with key partners to define and implement solutions that work with Enterprise systems (i.e., SAP, Manufacturing Systems, Legacy Systems)
- Working closely with the support team to transition projects into support at the close of projects
We want you to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems (IS), Computer Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Management Information Systems (MIS), or related subject area from an accredited college or university preferred
- 7+ years of experience developing, supporting, or implementing IT solutions
- 5+ years of experience as a technical analyst on large complex IT projects
- 3+ years of experience in a regulated environment requiring 21 CFR Part 11 compliance preferred
- Product Lifecycle Management implementation experience with Dassault Platform
- DevOps experience preferred
- Consumer Packaged Goods industry knowledge preferred
- Ability to effectively analyze, review, diagnose and quality check results
- Ability to manage relationships and work collaboratively with technical architects and business clients to meet business objectives
- Knowledge of and ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements
- Ability to manage changing requirements throughout the project life cycle to ensure the success of work products
- Knowledge of application testing and ability to design, plan and implement application testing strategies and tactics to ensure software quality throughout all stages of application development
- Ability to establish and build healthy working relations and partnerships with clients, vendors, and peers
- Ability to use interactions to determine where one stands, set a course of action, and inspire others to get involved
- Builds capabilities where needed
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of effective listening techniques; ability to gather, clarify, and apply information transmitted verbally, while exhibiting a genuine interest toward the speaker
