Same Day Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a Lead Generator to join our fast-growing team of overachievers. We are innovative leaders in making our clients comfortable. We are in search of a professional, self-motivated individual to join our family and help us provide Air Conditioning & Heating solutions to our customers. Immediate need for full-Time Lead generators who are able to work in multiple Home Depot stores. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule; however, weekend and evening availability is required. Hourly plus monthly commission.

If a Home Depot customer is interested in heating and/or cooling, you will facilitate their request and relay their information to our office in a timely manner. Our office will then handle the member's needs from there!

Compensation Package: Pay rate for this position depends upon experience.

Salary: Hourly plus commission

We have positions open at all North County locations, Mira Mesa, Escondido, Oceanside & more - Work just one or work all!

Responsibilities:

• Provide inquiring for Home Depot customers information for free consultations with our HVAC Consultants
• Focus on customers' needs and maintain clear communication with customers and our internal departments
• This job requires conversations with customers on a daily basis
• This position will require evening shifts (8 am - 5 pm)(flexible with hours). Requires ability to work alone or with various staff members in a busy environment
• Employees must adhere to Same Day Heating and Air Conditioning rules and safety guidelines as stated in the employee handbook. These job responsibilities are not all-inclusive and at any time my supervisor may ask me to perform jobs not described above

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service a plus
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to use various office equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
