Lead Business Systems Analyst

location: Phoenix, AZ (Locals only)

Job Description:

• Provides problem analysis support to diagnose and remedy problems
• Conducts systems analysis and design studies and prepares concept and design specifications.
• Provides technical assistance to staff.
• Lead testing efforts with technical and non-technical staff
• Provide testing plans, user stories, testing documents
• Familiar with Waterfall, Agile Scrum or other project/testing methodologies
• Demonstrates superior seamless customer service, integrity, and commitment to innovation, efficiency, and fiscally responsible activity.
• Facilitates joint business or technical staff analysis and design working sessions.
• Provides guidance for significant phases of computer applications such as planning, design, or testing.
• Coordinates the work of professional, technical, and nontechnical staff.
• Prepares preliminary and long-range plans
• Analyzes, documents, and assists in publishing and maintaining administrative and system standards in conformance with information technology industry standards.
