Job description
We are currently hiring a Lead Building Engineer to work at the Naval base in Algiers. A City of New Orleans Stationary Engineer License is required. This is a full time job, with 10 paid federal holidays. The pay rate is $25/hr.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintenance of all HVAC equipment
- Managing and maintaining stock of necessary materials
- Coordinating with Vendors as needed
- Using facility work ticket system to receive and complete all work orders
Must be able to pass drug screen and extensive federal background check.
