What You’ll Do

  • Conduct diagnosis on vehicles.
  • Schedule and assign work.
  • Advise and oversee service personnel assignments.
  • Work with management to monitor work volume, prepare work plans and keep leadership advised of issues.
  • Train personnel.
  • Perform quality checks control on completed work.
  • Monitor parts and supplies inventories and order stock as needed.
  • Ensure that tools are always in working condition.
  • Follow all safety procedures.

Who You Are

You know what makes cars tick. You’ve got the stamina for a job that keeps you on your feet and a mind that is dedicated to fine details. Here are your qualifications:

Minimum:

  • 7+ years of vehicle repair experience.
  • Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced, outdoor work environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Preferred:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Class A or B operator’s license.
  • Valid state inspection license.
  • A.S.E. master certification or equivalent OEM certification.
  • One year of customer service experience.
  • Good organizational and communications skills.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
