Responsibilities

• Take lead on recruitment/head hunting for key positions within the law firm
• Conduct job interviews and make recommendations for hiring with other key stakeholders
• Ensure Operations run smoothly by assisting with various technology issues within the law firm (Login credentials, audio/visual, user management, etc.)
• Review KPIs of various team members and teams to identify strengths and weaknesses for coaching/feedback
• Available to assist with questions regarding DC Law's best practices and general workflows
• Cross departmental communication and interaction with various levels of management
• Assist in documentation of processes and key policies
• Work on special projects and reporting as assigned

Qualifications

• 5+ Years of Management Experience
• 3+ Years of Recruiting/Human Resource Experience
• 3+ Years Law Firm Experience (Preferred; Not Required)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated communication skills and a flexible attitude

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
