LAW FIRM ACCOUNTANT
Plaintiff’s personal injury law firm seeks an accountant for our Tampa office.
Qualified candidates must possess all the following:
· Experience in QuickBooks
· Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Experience working at a law firm (preferred)
ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE, BACHELOR’S DEGREE PREFERRED
MASTERY OF QUICKBOOKS
PAYROLL
STRONG ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS
A/P, A/R, AND RECONCILIATIONS
ABLE TO PREPARE FINANCIAL REPORTS
ADVANCED PROFICIENCY WITH PC’S, INCLUDING WORD PROCESSING, SPREADSHEET, DATABASE AND OTHER GENERAL OFFICE MACHINES
STRONG ORAL AND WRITTEN SKILLS
ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE AND ORGANIZE
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Strong organizational skills
· Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
· Communicate effectively
· Maintain high accuracy
· Work efficiently to meet regular deadline
