Experienced Landscape Construction Foreman -
$29-34/hour DOE + Full Benefits

We are looking for individuals that that demonstrates reliability, integrity, and commitment and already have experience as a foreman in a landscape construction company with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. The qualified candidates must be honest, hardworking, detail-oriented, and ethical.

Requirements:

• Crew scheduling and supervision experience
• Ability to organize, multitask, plan and set priorities with minimal supervision
• Effective communicator with great customer relations
• Read and understand plans
• Able to work with Project Manager to meet production goals and stay on budget
• Tracks and records all job expenses which include materials and hours worked
• Maintain and keep job site clean and safe
• Ensures all safety rules and company policies are followed
• Proficient heavy equipment operating skills including mini-excavators, skid steer machinery with attachments, front-end loaders and other construction equipment
• Extensive knowledge and experience in installing a variety of hardscape, drainage, irrigation, soil and planting
• Knowledge of evergreens, shrubs, perennials and trees
• Valid WA driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to lift weight in excess of 60 lbs., bend, crouch, twist, and stand/walk for long periods of time
• Carpentry, welding, and water feature experience a plus
