Job Summary: General Labor - Duties may include general housekeeping duties, assisting tradespeople, and any other duties assigned by supervisor. Candidates must be able to bend, stoop, squat, reach, lift over 50lbs, and climb for long periods of time.

- 12' measuring tape, 25' measuring tape,
- 2", 10", 6" adjustable wrench, 12", 14", 18” pipe wrench,
- Combination Wrenches, Screwdrivers, Hammers, Levels
- Toolbox with lock, Hard Hat, Steel toe boots, Raincoat
