Warehouse Associate/General Labor

Job Responsibilities:

· Shipping, receiving, order picking, and inventory management.

· Demonstrate and understand the compliance of the company’s safety processes.

· Pulls correct items and quantity of product to fill customer orders.

· Loading and unloading deliveries to and from warehouse

· Inventory management ensuring all product going in or out of the facility is accounted for.

· Operates forklift and other material handling equipment (including pallet jack, dollies, handcart, etc.)

· Properly pull materials according to picking tickets by checking manufacture tags, and warehouse tags and using logic and problem-solving skills when a problem should arise.

· Organize outbound material in proper staging areas.

· Break down large pallets of material and restack material onto smaller pallets.

· Hand load trucks depending on the material being sent to a project (carpet rolls, carpet padding, etc.)

· Unload or provide support to fellow teammates in unloading various inbound shipments daily.

· Maintain quality service by following organization standards.

· Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat; maintaining a clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Cleans and maintains work area to ensure compliance with safety regulations and business standards.

Pay & Shift: Pay starts at $15.00 per hour.
Monday-Friday- 8am-1pm

Part Time 25-30 hrs. per week

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent experience in a similar role).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Warehousing or Receiving
• Must be able to regularly lift, carry, or move products weighing up to 60 pounds unassisted. Typically bends, stoops, and/or crouches on a regular basis from various heights to stock or remove products.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday between 8am and 1pm
• Planning & Organizing
• Safety Focus
• Forklift experience (preferred but not required)
