Job Description

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Laborer to join our team in Denver !

Some things you can expect to do:

• Grout columns.
• General clean-up of site, building organization.
• Stage materials out ahead of carpenter crews.
• Track small tools used and store appropriately at the end of the workday. Inspect tools for safe working condition.
• Tag and turn in any damaged equipment.
• Dewatering.
• Dust control.
• Assist with cycling of trash containers. Set up and relocate temporary heating, cooling, humidification and dehumidification equipment. Assist with material and equipment staging for maximum efficiency.
• Light demolition work.
• Assist in enforcing and be an example of Ryan safety policies and procedures.
• Familiarize one’s self with the emergency procedures for the project they are on.
• Assist with directing traffic and clearing the path in the event of an emergency.

To be successful in this role, you must have least 3 years of experience working on site in commercial construction, along with possessing a valid driver’s license, and must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test and subsequent random testing.

You will really stand out if you:

• Ability to travel out of town during the week or on weekends
• Ability to lift heavy equipment

Hourly compensation range: $18.00 - $20.00/hour
