If you would started as a laboratory technician this week, you would have:

• Worked with patient to conduct male diagnostics to aid in finding the underlying cause of infertility
• Process specimen for IUI
• Work with multiple teams to make sure the patient experience was maintained and care was administered in the SpringCreek Fertility way
• Learned from a team of highly respected professionals about up to date and modern treatment of infertility

What you will do as a laboratory technician:

• Prepare semen analyses for outside testing
• Perform routine sperm preps for insemination - maintaining sterile technique throughout
• Perform prep and process blood samples
• Work with our current laboratory staff to give best outcomes to our patients
• Enter data and results into system for providers and clinical staff to utilize
• Utilize general and specialized equipment for testing
• Maintain accurate records
• Participate in laboratory operations as directed
• Other duties as needed by leadership team

You will be a great fit for this role if:

• Associates Degree in laboratory science, or medical laboratory technology highly preferred but not required
• 2-3 years of previous laboratory technician experience
• Previous phlebotomy highly preferred
• Bi-lingual a plus
• Previous experience with micropipetting
• Attention to detail
• Ability to make independent judgements based on protocols
• Ability to maintain high standards while working on multiple tasks
• Ability to communicate to all levels of staff and departments

Benefits and pay for this role:

• Range of pay: $16.00- $21.00 per hour paid bi-weekly
