We are searching for customer service-oriented individuals to provide our residents with a quality dining experience!!!
This position supports our kitchen by providing light meal prep and dishwashing! NO experience necessary!!
We will train the right people!!
Full Time & Part Time Work Available
Sign On Bonus available for full time!
Morning (6:30am-2:30pm) and Evening (4pm-8pm) Shifts
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe a clean kitchen environment and dishwashing needs
- Assist with light food preparation; Ensure that all therapeutic diets are prepared and served as prescribed on resident's written slip
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Possess the ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a demanding healthcare environment
- Works in conjunction with the dietary supervisor and dietitian to provide a well-
- balanced meal for the patients
- Follow the Health department rules and regulations on food preparation. Sanitation of the department will be maintained in accordance with Federal, State, County and City regulations
Required Skills and Experience:
- Past experience preferred, but we will train the right people!
- Must have knowledge of basic principles of foods and nutrition, food sanitation and service, familiar with large scale purchase and preparation of food
- Must be willing to wear hair covering
