Creating a menu is brought to life by cooks who are passionate about creating unique culinary experiences.

• Possess strong leadership skills and a desire to invest your time and energy into building great teams and a successful career
• Love meaningful work and have a passion for high quality, fresh ingredients
• Motivate & Mentor: Coach your team on safety and sanitation along with developing their culinary skills
• Responsible for creating and maintaining dietary team schedules.
• Promote a fun and positive family-style work environment

Requirements:

• 2+ years of dietary experience
• Experience in managing a small team, while identifying and developing employees for future leadership roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Involvement/understanding of placing food orders, managing inventory & cost of goods
• Experience in Senior Living is a plus!

HOURS: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm & Weekend On Call twice per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
