Pinz Bowling Center is hiring an Assistant Kitchen Manager for our restaurant and parties. This person is organized, pays attention to details, and takes pride in preparing and serving food that looks and tastes delicious.

We do require cooking experience. Must be available evenings and weekends, and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating daily kitchen activities
• Cooking and prepping food according to our recipes
• Maintaining our product quality standards
• Adhering to ServSafe policies
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen
• Performing opening and closing duties
• Leading and training team members
• Being a team player in a fast-paced environment
• Providing an extraordinary experience for our guests
