Job description
Westwood Country Club is seeking a long-term, morning/early afternoon part time Kids Club Assistant.
The ideal candidate would have experience working with children between the ages of 6 months-12 yrs old, and be able to make a long-term commitment to the children. The hours of this position are 7:00 am-4:00 pm Monday-Friday and some weekends. There are also optional morning substitute hours that come up throughout the week.
Responsibilities of the job include, but are not limited to:
+ Assisting children with independently changing shoes & clothes
+ Supporting children through the toileting process as needed
+ Set up of environment before aftercare begins
+ Staying with children throughout the afternoon
+ Cleaning & restocking materials
+ Sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and other cleaning duties at the end of the school day
+ Staying until all children are picked up at the end of the day
+ Work as a team with other aftercare staff members
