Animal Hospital of Wilkes is a full-service veterinary hospital serving the Wilkesboro community since 1958. Our seven doctors see dogs and cats six days a week, ensuring their health and well-being. If you are passionate about learning and helping others and enjoy working with animals, we have an opportunity to join our team.
We are seeking a Kennel Assistant. This is a full-time position working 38-40 hours per week between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30 pm weekdays and are able to do a rotating Saturday and Sunday shift. The kennel assistant has a rotating schedule and is responsible for assisting our veterinarians and veterinary technicians, patient care and restraint, and cleaning.
