Responsibilities
Junior Recruiter job responsibilities include:- Reach out to clients in order to understand needs on existing job orders
- Maintain daily communication regarding the needs, expectations and performance objectives of clients
- Work with your team to get creative on sourcing - using social media, alternate job titles and other interesting ways to find great candidates
- Evaluate candidate pre-screening questionnaires, résumés and personality assessments against position requirements
- Help hiring managers learn best practices to improve their recruiting outcomes
Required Skills
Junior Recruiter required skills & qualifications include:- Ability to work independently, with little oversight, but with accountability to management
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience with an ATS
- Reaches out and operates as a team player
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service to hiring managers and applicants
- Adaptability and the desire to try new things
