• Desirable
• Experience within an affiliate or digital SEO agency
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Human Resources, Administration or similar.
• Experience with ClickUp and/or Google Drive

You will be responsible for the following:

• Posting job ads on various channels
• Using talent sourcing software of your choosing (optional) to stay organized while you search high and low for A-player talent
• Managing relationships with all shortlisted candidates and recruitment channels.
• Managing a repository of recruitment channels, including their pricing and specialties
• Reviewing applicant resumes and coordinating the entire hiring process with team leads and project managers - e.g. ensuring mini-tests are completed, organizing and setting up interviews and facilitating communication with all parties.
• Working proactively with the HRM, PMs and Team Leads to identify skills and people requirements.
• Create and manage key HR documentation such as organizational charts.

• 40 hours per week (M-F)
