Overview:
LMI is seeking a skilled Management Analyst. Successful LMI Management Analyst demonstrate competency in data visualization, statistics and curating data for decission making.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include:
  • Experience gathering information from various sources and assembling the information for the Government to use for decisions.
  • Experience with data analytics and creating user-friendly data-driven management-level decision making tools.
  • Experience combining multiple fields among multiple datasets and conducting different types of calculations/analyses (e.g., trend analysis, forecasting, descriptive statistics).
  • Experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Enterprise Server, and R programming.
  • Experience working with clients to improve data quality.
  • Experience with performance measures and efficiency statistics.
  • Experience presenting data and dashboards to an interdisciplinary audience
Qualifications:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least two (2) years of progressive, relevant experience, supporting program and project management tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Operations Research, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analysis, Statistics, or a similar field.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Travel may be required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly.
  • Ability to work independently with a client team either on-site or in a remote working capacity.
DESIRED SKILLS
  • Master’s degree or higher.
  • Previous DHS experience.
