- Experience gathering information from various sources and assembling the information for the Government to use for decisions.
- Experience with data analytics and creating user-friendly data-driven management-level decision making tools.
- Experience combining multiple fields among multiple datasets and conducting different types of calculations/analyses (e.g., trend analysis, forecasting, descriptive statistics).
- Experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Enterprise Server, and R programming.
- Experience working with clients to improve data quality.
- Experience with performance measures and efficiency statistics.
- Experience presenting data and dashboards to an interdisciplinary audience
- At least two (2) years of progressive, relevant experience, supporting program and project management tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Operations Research, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analysis, Statistics, or a similar field.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Travel may be required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly.
- Ability to work independently with a client team either on-site or in a remote working capacity.
- Master’s degree or higher.
- Previous DHS experience.
