First week will be onsite, then can be remote with quarterly meetings in office!

Junior TA's or Interns are encouraged to apply!!!

Experience desired:

· Bachelor's degree preferred

· Some experience in TA even if internship level, post offer process, data entry

· Experience in ATS/RMS/HRM systems, ideally iCIMS, Salesforce, etc.

· Demonstrated PC skills including working knowledge and proficiency with the primary Microsoft Office applications.

· Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

· Processes requests to post open store positions or initiate the pre-hire process for selected candidates related to hiring retail associates. Responds to retail associate inquiries and provide information concerning status of open positions or new hires as well as hiring policies and programs.

· Provides status updates to retail associates and leaders in regards to the new hire process. Determines the appropriate offer amount for internal transfers and promotions using approved compensation guidelines. Logs transactions in applicant tracking system and new hire reporting system, research issues and follows-up with associates when necessary.

· Escalates issues as needed to retail associates and/or Talent Acquisition leader.

· Maintains knowledge of hiring and other HR systems, applications and tools (iCIMs, SalesForce and PeopleSoft).

Additional info:

· Work environment: onsite at office during first week: following option to work either remotely or at office. Remainder of team working remoting. Ability to be onsite bi-monthly/quarterly for meeting days or team events.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
