As a Jr. Customer Care Manager, you will be a part of a critical developmental team that manages the relationships and day-to-day interactions with our top partners ranging from nationally recognized security, PERS, and IoT providers to unique technology startups.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide timely support and troubleshooting resolutions for our partners, working with the Business Care Managers, Partner Support and other cross-functional teams to ensure excellence in customer service and support
- Develop into a subject matter expert for a wide-range of partner technical and operational inquiries in order to serve as a trusted advisor to our partners
- Assist Business Care Managers in providing operational support and new business partner onboardings to our alarm monitoring systems
- Collaborate with Business Care Managers in the fulfillment of ad-hoc projects, research and tasks, and training to our partners on Affiliated services
Located on a beautiful campus in Union, New Jersey, our state-of-the-art monitoring center facility is the most advanced in the United States. The team at Affiliated Monitoring protects millions of people by monitoring their security alarms and medical alert systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- BA/BS or 1-3 years of experience in a B2B technical customer support or IT Helpdesk environment preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill sets required
- Aptitude to learn new technologies and products
- Ability to display a positive outlook, patience, intellectual curiosity and strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that can be developed to communicate confidently with all levels of our partner’s organizations
- Excellent presentation skills as you will be trained to present select materials in a clear and concise manner to our partners
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Covid-19 Vaccine required
