Job outline: Jesuit is seeking a candidate for a 12 month, full-time receptionist for the school’s Business Office. The primary duties of the receptionist include taking inbound calls and transferring calls to the proper extensions, greeting and assisting constituents, receiving and distributing mail, and providing support to the President and President’s administrative assistant. The receptionist will also provide assistance to the Jesuit Community and its guests. The business office receptionist reports directly to the President’s administrative assistant.
Requirements:
- Possess excellent phone and people skills.
- Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- A preferred candidate will be familiar with Catholic education.
