Job description
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Works from instructions.
2) Cleans assigned plant areas, including rest rooms.
3) Operates power cleaning equipment, such as floor sweepers, polishers, and vacuum cleaners, and uses push brooms and shovels.
4) Removes refuse from waste containers and moves to designated locations.
6) Cleans drinking fountains, wash basins and lavatories and checks and replenishes supplies.
7) Vacuums, dusts furniture and polishes metal surfaces as required.
8) Checks and turns off lighting and electrical equipment as directed.
9) Notifies supervisor of unusual equipment or operating problems.
10)Uses hand tools and power cleaning equipment.
11)Follows safety rules and keeps work area in a clean and orderly condition.
12)Performs other related duties as assigned.
PPE Requirements:
· Safety glasses
· Hearing protection
· Steel-toe boots and/or ESD Equipment
· Gloves
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 per hour
