Job Information

We are looking for an experienced Janitor to join our team to perform day to day cleaning for our building. This candidate needs to be able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously. Maintain an effective cleaning schedule, including day to day janitorial routines.

Responsibilities

• Office cleaning, take out the trash, wipe down surfaces; equipment, sweep & mop, restock and clean restrooms.
• Assist with Covid-19 precautions (wipe down door handles; light switches, restock hand sanitizers & masks, etc.)
• Light building maintenance (hang pictures, assemble chairs & desks, etc.)
• Restock breakrooms, refrigerators, and restrooms
• Manage incoming deliveries from Walmart and Amazon
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of day porter or janitorial experience
• High school graduate
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and be proactive
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Have reliable transportation
