Flycast Partners offers best-in-class implementation services and training in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ESM, and WLA spaces using ITIL best practices. Our professional services team has conducted well over 5600 professional services engagements onsite and remotely. As an organization, Flycast Partners has over 1200 regular customers throughout Canada and the United States. Flycast Partners is looking for an experienced professional to join our growing Professional Services Team. The consultant will participate in the design and implementation of various Ivanti ITSM Suite products including Service Level Agreements (SLA), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), knowledge management, and self-service capabilities. You will be responsible for communicating with the client and supporting the overall delivery including status reporting, dependency management, risk/issue identification, and mitigation.

Your Impact to the Team:
Flycast is seeking a Ivanti ITSM Consultant who will use their passion to work with clients to provide direct, customer-facing IT technical implementation of ITSM / ITAM / CMDB processes, policies, procedures, and technology to address their regulatory, operational, audit and reporting requirements. The Ivanti ITSM Consultant’s responsibilities include:
- Must be knowledgeable in ITIL best practices and able to support strategic discussion and direction in evolving the service catalog, self-service capabilities, CMDB, asset, incident, problem, change, service level, knowledge, and request management design, workflow, implementation, and overall best practice.
- Expert knowledge of the Ivanti (formerly LANDESK) IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions (i.e., Service Desk, Knowledge Management, Asset Management (CMDB), Product Catalog, Self-Service) and\or End Point Manager (EPM).
- Experience with CMDB integrations from a variety of data sources
- Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) and\or discovery tools
- Provide in-depth support and lead problem solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications.
- Apply specific functional knowledge and general industry knowledge to provide highly responsive, personalized, hands-on customer support to resolve a wide variety of customer reported issues at the lowest possible level and in the shortest possible time.
- Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of advanced scope and complexity.
- Review or guide the activities of junior employees, if required.
Experience Needed to Be Successful:
- 2+ years of experience with providing hands on customer facing Tier II/III IT support.
- Excellent oral, written, and communication problem solving/analytical skills.
- Strong client and team engagement skills.
- Ability to be self-motivated and add value to the organization.
- Ability to meet deadlines, remain flexible, adhere to project plans, Statement Of Work (SOW) and ensure any conflicts are brought to the attention of the management team.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience with one or more ITSM tool suites, including ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Helix, FootPrints, or Ivanti preferred.
- Understanding of leading cloud provider technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of advanced IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts, including incident management, problem management, availability management, and configuration or change management preferred.
- Ability to clearly articulate technical problems to non-technical stakeholders to provide a high degree of customer support and satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate with senior executives and VIP customers.
- Ability to work independently with limited guidance and as part of a team.
Basic Qualifiers:
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Can Additional Years of Experience Substitute for Degree? Yes
Desired Certification(s): ITIL v4 certification
Minimum Years of Overall Experience: 10
Minimum Years of Specific Experience in Field: 5
