RGL Logistics has an opening for a tech savvy professional to join our team as our IT Support Specialist. This position will primarily serve our Fox Cities locations, with the occasional flexibility to work out of our Corporate office in Green Bay.

This is a local position and will require availability to work on-site at least 75% of the time, with occasional work-from-home flexibility as needed.

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for supporting and troubleshooting computer applications and equipment.


Our IT Help Desk Technician is responsible for supporting RGL from an IT perspective in a variety of tasks, including:

  • Timely response to user requests submitted via email, phone, chat and the IT ticket system
  • Resolve basic user requests
  • Escalate requests to appropriate IT staff or vendor when necessary
  • Setup and repair PC hardware
  • Create, modify, and maintain users with appropriate access rights
  • Create, modify, and maintain documentation for IT procedures
  • Manage IT inventory
  • Diagnose system errors and other issues
  • Resolve problems with networks and other computer systems
  • Follow up with internal users and customers to ensure full resolution of issues
  • Train new users on basic applications
  • Participate in a rotating after hours on call support schedule

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Associates or bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Servers, networking, cloud architecture, automation and scripting, and security protocols
