Major Position Responsibilities

• Design, plan, & execute IT related projects
• Manage core IT Infrastructure & Systems
  • Servers
  • Network
  • Office 365 & Azure environments
  • Backup
  • 3rd party IT relationship
• Work with department leaders to solve complex problems by designing or modifying technology architecture
• Implement and maintain backup, security, and redundancy strategies
• Serve as ticket escalation resource for IT coordinators & team leads
• Collaborating with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions

Required Skills

• Office 365 and Azure Cloud administration knowledge
• Project management
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Good at following instructions and working independently
• Great organizational skills and time management are a necessity
• Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Critical thinking and the ability to analyze and resolve work problems
• Discipline to remain focused to meet deadlines
• Escalation management
• Must be self-motivated

Work Remotely

• No- this is an on-site position

Schedule

• 8-5 Monday through Minimal night/weekend work may be requested in order to meet deadlines

Education and Experience

• 5+ years of tier II or tier III support or work in a similar role required
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field is preferred
• Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues

Leadership, Organization & Communication

• Requires ongoing coordination, communication and/or team problem solving between departments or functional areas for work production or service quality.
