AdaptiveStack Technologies Inc. is looking for a talented IT Lead to support a federal contract.

At AdaptiveStack Technologies, a successful IT Lead will support projects including activities requiring technical expertise such as drafting charge card management plans, creating presentations for governance boards (including CIO council), creating transition plans for projects, e.g., transition of smart pay project, analyzing Citi program implementation, supporting Citi Multi Factor Authentication evaluation and roll out, tracking and categorizing Citi system issues for all TS Card Programs.

The IT Lead will also support day to day management activities for card programs including, but not limited to, account maintenance, system access, card updates, issues, customer assistance, statement and payment support, hierarchy realignment, assistance with reports, provide recurring reports, e.g., account listing, closed cards, non-sufficient funds, and report as directed by Government, adHoc reports, etc.

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering or other related field is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Audit/Monitor Help Desk analyst calls on a weekly basis
• Experience leading a team of test engineers / analysts
• Provide high level test strategies and enable team members to do as well
• Provide high level estimates for projects in pipeline
• Provide automation and performance test strategy as per the project requirement
• Identify key risks early and provide mitigations
• Manage the team allocations and provide inputs for forecasting to the project manager
• Responsible for setting up objectives and providing regular feedback to the team
• Responsible for clearly articulating improvement areas and help team members in achieving the necessary levels of excellence

Skills and Requirements:

• Ability to listen to his team members and communicate instructions effectively.
• Ability to lead, direct and control team members.
• Ability to handle multiple jobs at the same time.
• In-depth knowledge of computer usage and programming.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
