Compensation

Summary: This position is Sonder Health Plans’ internal IT support contact. This will be the primary on-site support resource for the Atlanta office.

Essential Functions:

1. Provides primary and secondary technical support, resolving requests whenever possible.

2. Gathers necessary information, documents in ticket tracking software and escalates requests as necessary.

3. Utilize company documentation and other technical resources to provide solutions for technical requests.

4. Maintains ticket tracking software functionality, monitors tickets for follow up and documents ticket resolutions.

5. Informs leadership about critical issues and provides company communication as dictated by service level agreements.

6. Configures and supports all computer hardware and non-primary software (excludes third-party, functional area software such as enrollment, care management, etc.).

7. Prioritizes all incoming work on a daily basis, responding quickly and appropriately to urgent issues.

8. Works as a liaison between support vendors and external suppliers to resolve issues at hand.

9. Maintains accurate hardware and software inventory for all locations.

10. Assists Information Technology staff with projects by completing additional tasks as requested.

11. Protects employee and patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.

12. Collaboratively work with peers, clinical staff, internal and external stakeholders to drive customer success.

Skills/Experience:

1. Knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, etc..), hardware, printer repair, basic networking.

2. Ability to operate a computer and basic office equipment.

3. Familiarity and experience with access control systems.

4. Provide remote support using remote support tools.

5. Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system.

6. Ability to exercise judgment to solve operational problems where the answer is not apparent.

7. Ability to maintain strong attention to detail in high pressure situations.

8. Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions.

9. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships employees and the public.

10. Must be well organized and detail-oriented.

11. Valid driver’s license.

12. Ability to work with minimal supervision.

13. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at one time and effectively manage stress.

14. Strong ethics, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse population.

15. Ability to research projects.

16. Visual and auditory acuity.

17. Ability to utilize problem-solving techniques.

18. Ability to utilize decision-making techniques.

19. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

20. Basic knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations preferred.

Required Training:

New Employee Orientation

Education/Professional:

1. Minimum 2 years prior Information Technology experience required.

Physical Requirements:

1. Neat professional appearance.

2. Requires sitting for extended periods of time.

3. Requires repeated walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and moderate lifting of up to 50 pounds.

4. Requires visual and auditory acuity.

5. Requires ability to climb ladders in a safe manner.
