MNP Corporation is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician. This position supports MNP's multi-site infrastructure, including networks and applications. As a member of the IT team, responsibilities include hardware and software support, troubleshooting, and maintaining various directories, and email systems. Additional duties include resolving internet and network access issues with computers, printers, and other equipment.

The perfect candidate for this role will be a self-starter and a team player and will possess the following skills, abilities, experience, and talents:

- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

- Excellent customer service skills

- Expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

- Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions and/or better processes

- Excellent time management skills

- Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot Windows 7 and Windows 10

- Ability to configure PC and server hardware for deployment in the field

- Ability to develop and maintain technical documents and documentation

- Ability to work in a fast-pasted environment with evolving technologies and processes

- Ability to work in a team environment; able to take direction and offer solutions; open to learning and growing

Education and experience requirements are:

- At least two years of experience in infrastructure and/or help desk support

- Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues remotely and in the field

Preferred qualifications:

- VMWare exposure

- Manufacturing experience

- Office 365 experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
